At least 3 years experience, Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language with ability to prepare documents to the highest standard; Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
Demonstrably superior secretarial abilities (inclusive of the required Microsoft suite of applications)
Highly developed organizational, diplomatic, interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality;
Experience of working in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment in a busy office, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
Subject to the demands of the position, be prepared to work flexible hours, attend outside meetings (as required) and generally give as much administrative support as is required of this responsible position;
Willingness to learn new skills and accept additional responsibilities as may be required.
Must be over 25 must have an NOC and Transferrable Visa.
